Holly Woods Townhomes are  located off of South Chapel Street on Cochran Way between  Chambers Street and Lovett Street. They are conveniently situated in the East Campus of the University, and near the Beach and the Honors Dorms.

 

Easliy accessible by bicycle and the Pomeroy Trail.  A UD campus bus route stops a half a block away on Chapel Street.

Each home has a total of three parking spaces for residents and guests.

There is a Mailbox area and Bicycle Rack upon entering Cochran Way.

Holly Woods Townhomes has nearly 1800 square feet of living space over three levels. The First Level has a one car garage and area for trash and recycling cans.

Upon entering there is a stairwell to the upstairs on the right. From the hallway there is the locked entrance into a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a den bedroom, and a full bath.

 

The Second Level has the Kitchen, a carpeted Living and Dining area, a Bedroom, and a full Bath with shower stall.

 

Carpeted stairs lead to the Third Level which has three Bedrooms and a full Bath with linen closet.

 

The townhouses were designed to be well insulated for effective heating and cooling.

With the Living and Dining area on the Second Level, Holly Woods has a light and airy interior.  The walls are colored in a soft beige with white trim and taupe carpeting.  Most of the windows have white mini blinds and deep sills with tension rods for optional curtains.

 

The kitchen has numerous oak cabinets for storage, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and an electric stove/oven.

 

The bedrooms have closets with wire shelving for plastic hangers, except on the First Level Bedroom/Den. The bathrooms are in soft beige and cream tones.  

 

Every room has numerous recepticles and cable outlets.
