East Village Floor Plans
East Village Townhouses have almost 3,000 square feet of living space on top of a spacious double stacked four car garage. Most windows have mini blinds and various tension rods for curtains. Overhead lighting is provided in the Living Areas, Baths, and Bedrooms.
First Level: Garage
Second Level: Living and Dining Area
A private driveway leads you into the back of the townhouses to a garage door entrance. An automatic garage door opens for room to park four cars double stacked. All parking at East Village is enclosed. You can also enter into the First Level from the front of the townhouses from an outside Garage Man door.
Waste receptacles are stored in the garage, and include a recycling and trash bin. Stairs lead upstairs to the Second Level Living Areas. All exterior doors have peep holes and deadbolts.
Upon entering the Second Level hallway from the Garage you come to the enclosed Laundry area. This includes a washer and dryer and overhead shelving and drying space.
From the Front Door Entrance you have a Coat Closet, Half Bath, and a quiet Study off the Hallway. Some like to use the Study as a Den or additional Dining area. The Great Room has overhead lighting and opens into the Kitchen area that has a long counter area for dining on stools and extra cooking space. Extra dining space is adjacent to the Kitchen Island.

Up the wide stairway to the Third Level leads to a Hallway that opens to four of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full private bath and Clothes Closet. Closets have an overhead shelf and racks for plastic hangers.
Each bedroom has a window for natural lighting and all bedrooms have overhead lighting.
Fourth Level: Bedrooms
The stairway to the Fourth Level leads to a Hallway that opens to the remaining two bedrooms. The variations of the roof lines create a great space for a cozy yet open room. Windows/dormers add natural lighting, and the bedroom has an overhead light and fan. Each bedroom has a Full Bath and walk in Clothes Closet.
